How freight is quoted

Freight depends on destination, packed dimensions, weight, access, product restrictions and urgency. Send the destination country and preferred receiving point so we can assess a practical option.

The dispatch process

After you approve the unit and freight, we prepare the paperwork and book collection. We share the carrier or tracking details as soon as the shipment is released.

Receiving your unit

Inspect the packaging and unit at delivery. Photograph any visible damage before signing and contact us immediately so the carrier record can be opened while evidence is available.
